按照“三个代表”的要求,切实加强领导班子和干部队伍建设,特别是要培养和选拔好能跨世纪担当重任的一批接班人,这是使我们党始终成为“三个代表”的关键。 要进一步深化干部人事制度改革。从干部选拔任用机制上保证党的领导干部做到“三个代表”。选什么人来为什么人服务、代表什么人利益的问题,是一个政党的根本问题。党的干部是党的形象的“使者”和利益集团的代言人。因此,要使我们的党始终成为最广大人民根本利益的忠实代表,就必须培养选拔那些群众公认、德才兼备、政绩突出的优秀人才来担任我们党的领导干部。

Therefore, if our party should always become the loyal representative of the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of people, we must cultivate and select outstanding personnel with recognized public recognition of political integrity and outstanding achievements in political achievements as the leading cadres of our party.
