在京津冀一体化的宏观政策背景下,在发展外向型经济的过程中对应用型涉外人才的需求量急剧增长。针对该类人才的持续型增长需求,最经济可行的办法不是从各地大规模引进,而是立足保定各所高校进行本土应用型涉外人才的培养。然而,目前涉外人才培养模式普遍存在缺陷,高校课程设置、教学内容方法和师资难以实现培养应用型、实用型、复合型涉外人才的目标规格,校企合作实践教学落实不够,难以达到深度融合,政府缺少政策制度支持和平台支撑,就此本文将从高校、企业、政府三个方面论述应用型涉外人才培养模式的创新,以达到三方获益、互惠共赢的良好循环。
Against the background of the macroeconomic policy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, the demand for applied-typed foreign talents has risen sharply in the process of developing an outward-oriented economy. In response to the demand for sustained growth of such personnel, the most economical and feasible solution is not to introduce large-scale enterprises from all over the country but to cultivate local-applied foreign talents based on the colleges and universities in Baoding. However, at present, there are many flaws in the training model of foreign talents. The objective of cultivating practical, practical and complex foreign talents is difficult to set up in colleges and universities, teaching content and teaching methods. It is difficult to achieve practical integration of practical teaching with school-enterprise cooperation, The government lacks policy support and platform support. In this regard, this article will discuss the innovation of applied foreign personnel training mode from three aspects: universities, enterprises and governments in order to achieve a good cycle of trilateral benefits and mutual benefits.
