[目的]了解2010年济南市医疗机构传染病网络直报工作现状,及时发现存在的问题,以进一步做好全市传染病网络直报工作。[方法]对全市127家网络直报机构2010年传染病报告质量和工作现状进行分析。[结果]127家医院有94家医院有病例报告,网络报告率为74.02%,其中省级医院为100.00%、市级医院为85.71%、县级医院为90.63%、乡级医院为61.33%。报告病例数≥12例的单位55家,传染病报告及时率为99.99%。共报告传染病报告卡28 522张。各网络直报单位均配备了较好的人员设备。[结论]县级以上医院传染病报告能力、意识较强,乡镇卫生院传染病诊断报告能力较弱。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of direct reporting of communicable diseases network in medical institutions in Jinan City in 2010 and find out the existing problems in time so as to further improve the direct network reporting of communicable diseases in the city. [Methods] This paper analyzes the report quality and working status of infectious diseases reported by 127 network direct reporting agencies in the city in 2010. [Results] There were 94 hospitals in 127 hospitals with reported cases and the network reported rate was 74.02%, among which 100.00% were provincial hospitals, 85.71% were municipal hospitals, 90.63% were county hospitals and 61.33% were township hospitals. 55 cases were reported with more than 12 cases, and the timely reporting rate of infectious diseases was 99.99%. A total of 28 522 report cards of infectious diseases were reported. Direct reporting units of the network are equipped with better personnel equipment. [Conclusion] There is a strong awareness of infectious disease reporting in hospitals above the county level and a weak capacity of reporting reports of infectious diseases in township hospitals.
