1 材料和方法1.1 材料 SD大鼠 ,雌雄兼用 ,体质量 2 5 0 g左右 ,由本校实验动物研究中心提供的二级动物 (陕医动字第 0 8- 0 14号 ) .泼尼松龙 (PL) (批号 98- 8- 1)和供作内标的地塞米松 (DX) (批号 98- 8- 2 )均由天津药业公司生产 .乙腈为色谱纯 ,其余试剂均为分析纯 .器
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials SD rats, both male and female, body mass of about 2500 g, provided by the Institute of Experimental Animal Research Center of the two animals (Shaanxi Medical word 0-8 0 14) .Prednisolon (PL) (Lot 98-8-1) and dexamethasone (DX) (Lot 98-8-2) as internal standards were both produced by Tianjin Pharmaceutical Co. Acetonitrile was chromatographically pure and all other reagents were of analytical grade. Device
