小儿传染性肝炎是一种常见的疾病,中医虽无此名,但是由于我们在党的正确领导下,通过中西医的密切合作,共同诊断,应用中药治疗,取得一定效果,计在门诊和住院部共治疗患儿共计28例,从临床症状实践,肯定了中医对本病的治疗是有可靠的效果。我国古典医学如内经素问平人气象论曰:“溺黄赤安卧者黄疸,目黄者曰黄疸。”又灵枢论疾诊尺篇曰:“身痛而色微黄,齿垢黄,爪甲上黄,黄疸也。安卧小便黄赤,胀小而濇者不嗜食”。说明古人对黄疸一症,很早就有了明确的认识。黄疸又分成很多类型,如“金匮”有五疸的分别,“巢氏病原”另立九疸候,并附急黄劳疸等十多种名称。我们认为“传染性肝炎”这个疾病,已括在黄疸的范畴。又如“伤寒论”说“阳明病发热汗出者,此为热越,不能发黄但头汗出,剂颈而还,小便不利,渴饮水浆者,此为瘀热在里,身必发黄,茵陈蒿汤主之”。又唐朝孙思邈的千金方说:“凡遇时行热病,多必内瘀发黄”。沈氏尊生又说:“有天行疫厉,以致发黄者俗谓之瘟……等的这些记载,可以看出古人对黄疸的传染性已有清楚的认识。
