目的 探讨中耳不同功能状态对畸变产物耳声发射测试结果的影响。方法 用ILO - 92耳动态分析仪对听力正常、鼓室导抗图A型者 15例 ( 30耳 ) ,临床诊断为分泌性中耳炎 ,鼓室导抗图B型者 18例 ( 2 0耳 ) ,鼓室导抗图C型者 2 6例 ( 30耳 )进行DPOAE测试。结果 正常人鼓室导抗图A型、分泌性中耳炎鼓室导抗图B型、鼓室导抗图C型DPOAE反应幅值分别为 5~ 15dBSPL、- 6 .9~ 4.4dBSPL、- 2 .2~ 4.7dBSPL ,三者相比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DPOAE在 1~ 2kHz检出率分别为 10 0 %、13%、19%。结论 DPOAE用于临床评价听觉外周器官功能 ,一定要结合中耳功能测试结果进行分析
Objective To investigate the effect of different functional states of the middle ear on the test results of distortion product otoacoustic emissions. Methods Fifteen patients (30 ears) with normal hearing and tympanogram A were diagnosed as secretory otitis media (ETV), 18 cases (20 ears) with tympanogram B, Conduction map C type 26 patients (30 ears) DPOAE test. Results The normalized tympanogram A, the tympanogram of secretory otitis media B, and the tympanogram C DPOAE response amplitude were 5 ~ 15dBSPL, -6.9 ~ 4.4dBSPL, -2.2 ~ 4.7 dBSPL, the three were significantly different (P <0. 05), DPOAE at 1 ~ 2kHz detection rates were 10%, 13%, 19%. Conclusion DPOAE is used to evaluate the function of auditory peripheral organs in clinical practice. It must be analyzed according to the results of middle ear function test
