心理健康是指具有正常的智力、积极的情绪、适度的情感、和谐的人际关系、良好的人格品质、坚强的意志和成熟的心理行为等。随着社会竞争的日趋激烈,学业、就业、情感压力的加剧,当代大学生由于不适应而造成的心理健康问题呈明显上升趋势。有调查研究资料表明,近年来在校大学生中出现心理障碍倾向的人数约占总体的20%~30%,有较严重心理障碍的约占10%,有严重心理异常者约占1%,而且心理不健康的人数比例有逐年上升的趋势[1]。因此,加强大学生心理健康教育不但非常重要,而且迫在眉睫[2]。而构建完善、合理的大学生心理健康教育
