对高二聚体含量防老剂RD胶料性能与普通防老剂RD胶料性能进行对比。结果表明:高二聚体含量防老剂RD有效含量和二聚体含量比普通防老剂RD更高,分子结构基本一致;高二聚体含量防老剂RD胶料的耐热氧老化性能优于普通防老剂RD胶料;高二聚体含量防老剂RD用量比普通防老剂RD用量减小1/3时胶料的耐热氧老化性能相当。
The high dimer content of antioxidant RD compound performance and ordinary antioxidant RD compound performance comparison. The results showed that the effective content and the dimer content of the high dimer antioxidant RD were higher than that of the common antioxidant RD, and the molecular structure was basically the same. The heat aging resistance of RD rubber with high dimer content was better than ordinary antioxidant RD plastic material; high dimer content of antioxidant RD dosage is less than the amount of conventional antioxidant RD 1/3 rubber thermal aging resistance comparable.
