发改委和工商总局正在制定的《促进广告业发展指导意见》,将是中国广告协会开展工作的重要指导思想。面临我国广告业发展的新机遇、新挑战,我们要以科学发展观“全面协调可持续”的基本要求,和“统筹兼顾”的根本方法统领协会工作。具体来说就是:以履行协会职能为先导,形成一个机制,健全两个制度,建设三个中心体系,搭建三个平台,逐步完善中国广告协会各项行业公共服务职责。
The Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Advertising Industry that the NDRC and the SAIC are formulating will be the important guiding ideology for the work of the China Advertising Association. Faced with the new opportunities and new challenges in the development of China’s advertising industry, we must guide the work of the association with the basic requirements of the scientific concept of development, the principle of “comprehensive and coordinated sustainability” and the “comprehensive consideration”. To be specific: to fulfill the functions of the Association as the guide, form a mechanism, improve the two systems, build three center system, set up three platforms, and gradually improve the China Association of Advertising public service duties in various sectors.
