为在“工业与应用数学”旗帜下,团结我国从事系统与控制研究的应用数学工作者开展专题研究,加强国内外学术交流。经1991年8月4～5日CSLAM(中国工业与应用数学会)第一届第二次常务理事(扩大)会议决定,成立“CSIAM系统与控制数学分会”。经过几个月的筹备,CSIAM系统与控制数学分会成立会暨学术讨论会,于1992年5月24日至28日在上海华东师范大学数学系举行,出席会议的代表共有54人,他们来自全国19所高等院校和研究所,其中CSIAM系统与控制数学分会委员有19人。开幕式前,CSIAM组织委员会主任江文华代表总会宣读了聘任的系统与控制数学分会主任和副主任名单,分会副主任委员,华东师范大学数学系主任胡启迪主持了开幕式,分会主任委员李训经教授致开幕词并阐述了分会的筹备经过。CSIAM副理事长李大潜教授和华东师范大学副校长陶增乐教授专程到会并先后致词,他们对会议的召开表示热烈的祝贺,并对分会提出了殷切的期望。会议期间共宣读论文28篇,内容涉及
Under the banner of “Industrial and Applied Mathematics”, we will carry out special studies on the applied mathematics workers who unite our country in system and control research and strengthen academic exchange at home and abroad. After the decision of the second executive director (enlarged) meeting of CSLAM (China Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics) on August 4 ~ 5, 1991, “CSIAM System and Control Mathematics Branch” was established. After several months of preparation, CSIAM Systems and Control Mathematics Branch set up a symposium to be held in Mathematics Department of East China Normal University from May 24 to May 28, 1992 with a total of 54 representatives from all over the country 19 institutions of higher education and institutes, of which 19 are members of the CSIAM Systems and Control Mathematics branch. Before the opening ceremony, Jiang Wenhua, director of CSIAM Organizing Committee, read the list of director and deputy director of subsystem maths and control maths appointed by CSIAM. Vice Chairman of the branch and director of mathematics department of East China Normal University Hu Qidi presided over the opening ceremony. Professor Li Xunjing Gave an opening speech and elaborated the preparation of the club. Prof. Li Dashen, vice chairman of CSIAM, and Prof. Tao Zengle, vice chancellor of East China Normal University made a special trip to the meeting and delivered speeches successively.
