采用Solid Works建立带式输送机鼓式制动器三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench进行温度场与应力场的耦合分析,研究了在不同制动速度和制动压力下模型的应力应变与温度分布变化情况。结果表明:应力主要集中在制动轮上;应变主要集中在摩擦片上;应力应变与温度均随制动速度与制动压力的增加而增加;应变与温度均随制动时间增加而增大,应力随制动时间的增加趋于稳定;应力波动幅度随制动速度的增加而增大,应变处于稳定值的时间随制动速度的增加而减少。
Solid Works was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the drum conveyor with belt conveyor. The coupled analysis of temperature field and stress field was conducted by ANSYS Workbench. The changes of stress, strain and temperature distribution under different brake speeds and braking pressures were studied. The results show that the stress is mainly concentrated on the brake wheel. The strain mainly concentrates on the friction plate. The stress, strain and temperature increase with the increase of braking speed and braking pressure. The strain and temperature both increase with the increase of braking time, The stress tends to be stable with the increase of braking time. The amplitude of stress fluctuation increases with the increase of braking speed, and the time of steady-state strain decreases with the increase of braking speed.
