上海的双语教学已经历经了近三年的历程,积极稳妥推进双语教学始终是我们的方针和策略。我们将上海的双语教学从2001的启动到2010的整整10年,根据实际情况划分为两个阶段。第一阶段:初步适应与发展阶段(2001年-2005年),计划能有近300所中小学在不同层面、不同学科开展双语教学。第二阶段:逐步整合与提高阶段(2006年-2010年),计划能有近500所中小学包括极个别幼儿园参与双语教学。 目前大家对双语课还有不同的看法,这很正常,可以通过探索实践来逐渐加深认识。我本人观摩的各类、各级、各
