目的 :阐明 型糖尿病 ( IDDM)及其微血管并发症血浆心钠素的变化。方法 :应用放免分析法 ,测定 31例 型糖尿病患者及 2 5例正常健康者血浆心钠素水平。结果 :糖尿病儿血浆心钠素水平较正常儿明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;伴微血管并发症者血浆心钠素水平较不伴微血管并发症者增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;随微血管并发症种类的增多 ,血浆心钠素随之增高。结论 :血浆心钠素的增高可能与IDDM微血管并发症有关。 IDDM病人血浆心钠素与糖尿病病程及尿白蛋白排泄相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;与空腹血糖、果糖胺及 C-肽无相关。
Objective: To clarify the changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in idiopathic diabetes mellitus (IDDM) and its microvascular complications. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in 31 type 2 diabetic patients and 25 normal controls. Results: Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide level was significantly higher in diabetic children than in normal children (P <0.01). Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels in patients with microvascular complications were significantly higher than those without microvascular complications (P <0.01). With the increase of the types of microvascular complications, plasma atrial natriuretic peptide increases. Conclusion: The increase of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide may be related to IDDM microvascular complications. Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in patients with IDDM was associated with duration of diabetes and urinary albumin excretion (P <0.01), but not with fasting plasma glucose, fructosamine and C-peptide.
