企业文化决定着企业的发展方向,加强在思想政治工作指导下的符合自身特性的企业文化建设,有利于不断完善企业核心价值体系,促进企业逐步完成从制度化管理向企业文化管理的转型,为企业营造和谐的发展氛围。思想政治工作如何在企业文化建设中发挥重要作用,这是每个企业思想政治工作者都应深入思考的问题。结合黑龙江省及哈尔滨市的各个文化企业在这方面的工作实际,我们认为主要是做好以下三个方面的工作:一是思想政治工作要为企业文化建设提供强大的思想保证,

How ideological and political work plays an important role in the construction of enterprise culture is a question that every enterprise ideological and political worker should think in depth. Combining the actual work of various cultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and Harbin City in this aspect, we think that we should mainly do the following three aspects: First, ideological and political work should provide a strong ideological guarantee for the building of enterprise culture,
