目的:寻找一种高效、低毒和价廉的杀虫药物,特别是在中草药中发掘有效杀囊虫药。方法:采用人工发酵雷丸菌(OmphalialapidescensSchroeter)蛋白酶进行体外杀囊虫试验,并制成石蜡切片,H.E.染色后,作镜检,观察其组织结构的变化情况。结果:雷丸蛋白酶对猪囊尾蚴大体形态、组织结构均有明显的破坏作用,可侵入实质细胞层。结论:证实了雷丸蛋白酶是杀囊虫的有效成分。
Objective: To find an effective, low toxicity and cheap pesticide, especially in Chinese herbal medicine to find effective cysticercosis drugs. Methods: An in vitro cysticercosis test was carried out using the artificial fermentation of Omphalia lapidescens Schroeter protease and paraffin sections were made. E. Results: Lei Pomazyme on the general morphology and structure of Cysticercus cellulosae have obvious disruptive effect, can invade the parenchymal cell layer. Conclusion: It has been demonstrated that Ray Bromelain is an active ingredient in cysticercosis.
