河北省山区建立生态补偿机制有利于山区生态建设,改变山区生态致贫因素,保障京津冀地区利益,促进河北省山区和谐社会建设。构建河北省山区生态补偿机制,需建立河北省山区生态补偿民众参与机制,确立京津冀区域合作联动补充机制,完善河北省山区生态多样化补偿方式,建立河北省山区发展有机农业生态补偿机制。
The establishment of ecological compensation mechanism in mountainous areas of Hebei Province is conducive to the ecological construction of mountainous areas, changing the factors causing poverty in mountainous areas, safeguarding the interests of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and promoting the construction of harmonious society in mountainous areas of Hebei Province. To establish a mechanism of ecological compensation for mountainous areas in Hebei Province, it is necessary to establish a participatory mechanism for ecological compensation of people in mountainous areas of Hebei Province, establish linkage and supplementation mechanism of regional cooperation among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Provinces, improve compensation methods for mountainous areas in Hebei Province, and establish ecological compensation mechanisms for organic agriculture in mountainous areas of Hebei Province.
