为降低种子仓库内温度,减少养分消耗,延长种子生命力,保持较高的发芽率,对影响仓温同种子贮藏的因子研究如下: 材料与方法 1.种子贮藏研究:将同等条件的V14A和四汕优2号种子各分成两半。一半贮藏在座北朝南的种子仓内,仓内的月平均温度:6月份20.3℃,7月份20.1℃,8月份25.2℃。三个月平均仓温为21.9℃。种子经夏初和秋末各翻晒一次。种子的水分控制在13~13.5%。翻晒后各甩磷化铝片进行杀虫处理。另一半种子为对照,贮藏在普通仓内,仓内6月份温度23.5%,7月份25.7℃,8月份26.7℃,三个月平均仓温25.3℃。种子不翻晒、不杀虫,1980年10月同时进仓,至1982年9月作发芽测定。贮藏期24个月。
