从四川产木属 (Aralia)草本植物龙眼独活 (AraliafargesiiFranch .)根茎的石油醚提取部分分离得到 4个二萜化合物 ,根据理化性质测定和各种光谱 (IR、EI_MS、HREI_MS、1H NMR、13 C_NMR和HMQC)数据分析 ,它们的结构分别鉴定为 17_acetoxy_16α_ent_kauran_19_oicacid (1) ,ent_pimara_8(14) ,15_dien_19_oicacid (2 ) ,16α_hydroxy_(- )_kauran_19_oicacid (3)和 16α_17_dihydroxy_ent_kauran_19_oicacid (4 )。化合物 1为新化合物 ,3为首次从该属植物中分离得到 ,2~ 4为首次从龙眼独活中分离得到
Four diterpene compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the rhizome of Aralia herbaceous plant Aralia fargesii Franch. (Araliafargesii Franch.) from Sichuan, and were determined according to physicochemical properties and various spectra (IR, EI_MS, HREI_MS, 1H NMR, 13 C_NMR and HMQC) data analysis, their structures were identified as 17_acetoxy_16α_ent_kauran_19_oicacid (1), ent_pimara_8 (14), 15_dien_19_oicacid (2), 16α_hydroxy_(-)_kauran_19_oicacid (3) and 16α_17_dihydroxy_ent_kauran_19_oicacid (4). Compound 1 is a new compound, 3 is isolated from this genus for the first time, and 2 to 4 are isolated from the longan for the first time.
