情报服务营销是指了解、激励和创造特定的情报用户,并利用本单位的情报信息资源向这些用户提供情报信息服务,从而获得利益回报的经营活动。本文通过对上述定义的讨论,提出了以“用户为主”的情报服务营销方针,并结合上海科学技术情报研究所的具体实践,对公共情报信息中心情报服务营销工作中的产品、价格、促销、地点以及人员等具体营销组合进行了讨论。
