随着我国改革开放和农业科学技术的飞速发展,农业经济效益取得了可喜的成绩.但长期以来,由于经济发展和各种人为因素以及自然退化,造成农村资源被过度开采,所产生的污染物被无控制的排放,使得农村社会和自然生存环境受到极大破坏.目前我国农村固体废弃物的主要处理方法:垃圾直接堆放,秸秆的燃烧、青贮,粪便秸秆及生活垃圾制沼气.以"资源化、无害化、减量化"为准则提出发展生态农业、处理和处置农村固体废弃物,从而加大资源的循环利用,改善农村生活环境,加快其经济的发展.
