高速交通的安全运行与气象条件密切相关,交通气象服务在保障交通安全等方面具有重要作用。通过对交通气象服务所需的地理信息数据和气象数据进行了分析和整理,利用插值算法和GIS技术,将能见度、降水、温度、风速等气象要素通过插值进行了空间化处理,通过空间分析对气象要素在高速公路路段上的投射技术进行了研究,并将运算结果用空间数据库进行统一存储,以便交通气象服务调用。在交通气象指导预报、交通气象导航等方面的应用进行了探讨,形成了交通气象服务产品,提高了交通气象服务的效果。
The safe operation of high-speed traffic is closely related to meteorological conditions, and traffic meteorological services play an important role in ensuring traffic safety. By analyzing and sorting the geographic information data and meteorological data required by traffic weather service, interpolation and GIS techniques were used to space the weather elements such as visibility, precipitation, temperature and wind speed by interpolation. Through spatial analysis, Meteorological elements in the highway section of the projection technology has been studied, and the results of the use of spatial database unified storage for traffic weather service calls. The application of traffic weather guidance and forecasting and traffic weather navigation has been explored, forming a traffic weather service product and improving the effectiveness of traffic weather service.
