目的:研制一种基于水本底材料的CT性能测试体模。方法:通过对CT测试体模的层厚、定位光精度、CT值线性、均匀性等参数的检测方法进行研究,优选体模材料,并对体模的工程结构进行设计,研制满足相关标准要求的CT性能测试体模。结果:通过与进口体模进行对比实验,基于水本底材料的CT性能测试体模的层厚、定位光精度、CT值线性、均匀性等参数的技术指标均能够达到CT性能检测的要求。结论:基于水本底材料的CT性能测试体模具有体积小、集成度高、水定标准确、成本低等特点,检测参数性能可达到军队和国家相关标准的要求,能够成为医院开展日常CT质量控制检测工作的有利工具。
Objective: To develop a CT performance test phantom based on water-based material. Methods: Based on the testing methods such as layer thickness, precision of positioning light, linearity and uniformity of CT value, the phantom material was selected and the engineering structure of phantom was designed and developed to meet the requirements of related standards CT performance test phantom. Results: Compared with the imported phantom, the CT performance testing based on the CT performance of the water-based material was able to meet the requirements of CT performance testing, such as the layer thickness of the phantom, the precision of the positioning light, the CT linearity and uniformity. Conclusion: The CT performance test phantom based on water-based material has the characteristics of small volume, high integration, accurate water calibration and low cost. The performance of the test parameters can meet the requirements of military and national standards and can become the standard of daily CT A good tool for quality control testing.
