目的:评价低剂量CT在肺部肿瘤中的应用价值。材料与方法:应用Philips Brilliance16排螺旋CT对167例胸部平片疑似肺部肿瘤患者进行常规剂量及低剂量CT扫描。所得图像由3名从事影像诊断工作多年的高年资医师采用双盲法进行判读,分别就病灶的形态、边缘及病灶内密度情况等客观征象进行逐一判定,最后作出定性诊断。结果:167例平片疑似肺部肿瘤患者行两种扫描方式所得图像经判定,病灶密度,边缘及形态等无明显差异,均能达到诊断标准,不影响病变定性诊断。同时,低剂量扫描方法大幅降低了辐射剂量。
Objective: To evaluate the value of low dose CT in lung cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 167 patients with suspected chest radiographs of chest radiographs underwent conventional and low-dose CT scans using Philips Brilliance 16-slice spiral CT. The obtained images were interpreted by double-blind method by three senior doctors engaged in image diagnosis for many years. The objective symptoms such as the shape of the lesion, the density of the lesion and the density of the lesion were respectively determined one by one. Finally, a qualitative diagnosis was made. Results: There were no significant differences in the density, margins and morphology of 167 patients with suspected lung cancer underwent two kinds of scanning images, all of which could reach the diagnostic criteria without affecting the qualitative diagnosis of the lesions. At the same time, low-dose scanning significantly reduced the radiation dose.
