对多抗甲素促小鼠巨噬细胞(Mφ)分泌细胞因子及IL-2受体(IL-2R)表达初步探讨的结果表明,经淀粉刺激后的Mφ加入PA后,分泌IL-1、TNF的功能显著增强,呈良好的剂量依赖特征。IL-2吸收试验提示,PA能促进Mφ表达IL-2R。在PA浓度为0~5μg/ml范围内,上清液IL-2活性明显降低。同时PA对Mφ与IL-2的反应性有明显增强作用。
The results of preliminary study on the expression of cytokines and IL-2R secreted by macrophage (Mφ) in mice induced by polyactin A showed that the secretion of IL-1, TNF function was significantly enhanced, showing a good dose-dependent characteristics. IL-2 absorption test suggested that PA can promote Mφ expression of IL-2R. In the PA concentration range of 0 ~ 5μg / ml, the supernatant IL-2 activity was significantly reduced. PA at the same time on the Mφ and IL-2 reactivity was significantly enhanced.
