民用航空器可靠性的维修思想,主要是建立现代维修理论基础上,并且其中的主要特点是,耗损型故障与时间有着一定的关系,但是随机性的故障与时间是没有关系的,并且在进行可靠性余度设计技术的情况下,若是一个机件出现了问题,其对航空安全造成的影响会非常小。航空器的可靠性与安全性是设计的主要特性,而且根据机件故障的规律不同,工作人员应该采取不同的维修方式。本文主要对民用航空器维修可靠性的模糊综合评价进行了研究分析,希望能够进一步促进我国民用航空器安全性与可靠性的进一步提高。
The maintenance idea of the reliability of civil aircraft is mainly based on the establishment of modern maintenance theory, and the main feature of which is that wear-out faults have a certain relationship with time, but random failures have no relation with time, In the case of amateur design technology, if there is a problem with a mechanical part, its impact on aviation safety will be very small. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the reliability of civil aircraft maintenance, hoping to further promote the further improvement of the safety and reliability of civil aircraft in our country.
