野芝麻(Lamium barbatum Sieb.)为唇形科多年生草本植物,具轮伞花序,花白色,主要分布于我国东北、华北、华东各省区[1],含鞣质、挥发油、抗坏血酸、胡萝卜素、皂甙等生物活性成分,具有凉血止血、活血止痛、利湿消肿等生理功效[2]。目前对野芝麻研究主要集中在药用化学成分[3]、功效分析、生药鉴定[4]等方面,对其营养价值的分析与评价未见报道。本研究分析野芝麻全株营养成分,为综合开发利用提供科学依据。
Lamium barbatum Sieb. Is a perennial herb of Labiatae family. It has a round umbrella inflorescence and white flowers. It is mainly distributed in northeast, north China and eastern China provinces [1]. It contains tannin, volatile oil, ascorbic acid, carotene, Saponins and other bioactive ingredients, with cooling blood to stop bleeding, pain and blood circulation, dampness swelling and other physiological effects [2]. At present, the research on wild sesame is mainly focused on the analysis of medicinal chemical composition [3], efficacy analysis, identification of crude drug [4], etc., and its analysis and evaluation of its nutritional value have not been reported. In this study, the nutritional components of wild sesame seeds were analyzed to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization.
