针对现有泵送设备存在的容积效率低、输送压力小以及阀阻大等技术不足,无法满足煤泥输送的要求。提出了一种采用圆柱凸轮结构传动的新型煤泥输送泵的设计方案。圆柱凸轮结构实现了泵柱塞的转动和移动相结合的目的,并通过结构优化,使得泵的进出口无需安装单向阀。新型煤泥输送泵,提高了系统的容积效率和输送压力,消除了系统的阀阻。通过样机试制和实验研究,结果表明:新型煤泥输送泵能够很好地实现煤泥的输送工作,但存在噪声大,磨损严重的不足,需要作进一步的结构优化与研究。
In view of the existing pumping equipment, such as low volumetric efficiency, low delivery pressure and large valve resistance, it is unable to meet the requirements of slime transportation. A design scheme of a new coal slurry pump with a cylindrical cam structure is proposed. Cylindrical cam structure to achieve a combination of pump plunger rotation and movement purposes, and through the structural optimization, making the pump import and export without the need to install one-way valve. The new slime pump increases the system’s volumetric efficiency and delivery pressure, eliminating the system’s valve resistance. Through prototype trial and experimental study, the results show that: the new coal slurry pump can achieve the slime delivery work, but there is noise, serious wear and tear of the lack of need for further structural optimization and research.
