微带全频道天线放大器设计

本放大器采用MWA5157高增益、低噪声、宽频带集成放大器,由于考虑到放大器在超高频段时其幅频特性受电路元件及印制线路分布参数的影响,因此电路中采用半集中参数元件作为超高频段通带滤波器,即电容器用集中参数元件,而电感用分布元件,即用微带来实现。输入、输出也用特性阻抗为75欧姆的微带线来实现,在整个频带内幅频特性满足驻波比小于2的要求。VHF频段仍用集中参数元件来实现。 The amplifier uses MWA5157 high-gain, low noise, wideband integrated amplifier, taking into account the amplifier in the ultra-high frequency amplitude and frequency characteristics of the circuit components and printed circuit distribution parameters, so the circuit using semi-focused parameter components as super High-band passband filter, that is, the capacitor with a centralized parameter components, and the distribution of inductive components, that is to use microstrip to achieve. Inputs and outputs are also implemented with microstrip lines with a characteristic impedance of 75 ohms. The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the whole frequency band satisfies the requirement of VSWR less than 2. VHF band is still used to achieve centralized parameter components.
