本文从历史入手，剖析了德国女性很少从事自然科学研究和任职大学教授的原因，并介绍了德国为促进女性从事自然科学研究和鼓励女性争取晋升大学教授而采取的一系列措施。
This article starts from the history, analyzes the reasons why German women seldom engage in natural science research and university professors, and introduces a series of measures taken by Germany to promote women’s natural science research and to encourage women to be promoted to university professors.
