目的:研究Wave One和Mtwo两种镍钛器械预备感染根管并进行一次性治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择患者70例共82个感染根管,随机分为Wave One组(42个根管)和Mtwo组(40个根管),分别采用Wave One和Mtwo镍钛器械预备根管并一次性根管充填。在预备前后,根管内取样进行厌氧菌接种培养,记录厌氧菌菌群数量变化;记录两组根备开始至完成一次性根充所需时间并对患者术后急性疼痛情况进行回访。结果:根管预备后,两组厌氧菌菌落数量均明显减少,Mtwo组菌落数量下降更多;Wave One组一次性根管治疗所需时间明显少于Mtwo组;Mtwo组在术后24 h急性疼痛情况较重,但在1周后两组患牙疼痛情况均明显改善且无明显差异。结论:Wave One和Mtwo镍钛器械应用于感染根管一次性治疗均有良好的临床效果,可在临床推广使用;两种镍钛器械各有不同特点,使用方法不一。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Wave One and Mtwo two kinds of nickel-titanium devices in the preparation of root canal infection and one-time treatment. Methods: A total of 82 infected root canals were selected and randomly divided into Wave One group (42 root canal) and Mtwo group (40 root canal). The root canal was prepared with Wave One and Mtwo NiTi instruments and one time Root canal filling. Before and after preparation, anaerobic bacteria were inoculated in the root canal to record the changes of the number of anaerobic bacteria. The time required for the root canal preparation to complete one-time root-filling was recorded and the patients were followed up for acute pain. Results: After root canal preparation, the numbers of anaerobic colonies in both groups decreased significantly, while the number of colonies in Mtwo group decreased more. The time required for one-time root canal therapy in Wave One group was significantly less than that in Mtwo group. In Mtwo group, Acute pain conditions were severe, but after 1 week the two groups of teeth pain were significantly improved and no significant difference. Conclusion: Both Wave One and Mtwo NiTi devices have good clinical efficacy in one-off treatment of infected root canal and can be used clinically. The two NiTi devices have different characteristics and different methods of use.
