高职教育改革包含多个方面的内容,课程内容设置就是其中的重点内容。所谓高职课程标准,就是指高职学生通过一段时间的学习后的学习成果、动作技能等方面的描述。课程标准的设置可以实现课程教育的规范化,对课程教育内容具有指导作用。高职院校人才的培养要符合市场发展需求,坚持将就业作为导向,有针对性的制定人才培养计划。目前,我国高职院校在人才培养方面加大了力度,对于该项工作非常重视,同时在课程标准设置上也进行了相应的改革,便于与岗位标准进行对接。
Higher vocational education reform contains many aspects of content, curriculum content is one of the key content.
