写对联是中国人的传统习俗。一则大红对联可以很好地烘托过年的喜悦气氛,二则通过书写对联能够托物言志,抒发心中的所感、所想,表达祝福和心愿。今年,笔者在老家新市镇过年时,被家家户户门上贴的幅幅新颖别致、妙趣横生的新春对联所吸引。特别是有关农村税费改革的一些对联,强烈地表达了农民对这项新的农村改革的感激之情。 “走税费改革大道,八亿农民齐奔小康;挚三个代表旗帜,泱泱神州再展宏图”。 这是新一村支书刘老四张贴的一幅对联。在问及全村税费改革情况时,刘支书侃侃而谈:“税费改革后,全村两税两附加减幅达到21％,亩平减幅20％,人平减幅20％,真正做到
