采用旋流器与旋流澄清器组合的旋流分级浓缩流程在山东某铁矿进行了尾矿工业浓缩试验。结果表明,旋流分级浓缩工艺能够实现细粒级全尾矿的高效快速浓缩,同时能够有效回收清水,旋流分级浓缩工艺具有流程简单、浓缩效率高、设备投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低的特点,易于矿山实现工业化生产。
The tailing industrial concentration experiment was carried out in a certain iron ore mine in Shandong Province by the cyclone concentration and concentration process combined with a cyclone and a cyclone clarifier. The results show that the cyclone fractionation concentration process can realize the rapid and efficient concentration of fine tailings and the efficient recovery of clean water. The cyclone fractional concentration process has the advantages of simple process, high concentration efficiency, less equipment investment, small footprint, Low cost, easy to mine to achieve industrial production.
