利用硫丹杀虫剂对夏津抗性棉铃虫进行室内选育17代,棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯的抗性没有提高,而对硫丹的抗性却明显提高了5.87倍。将硫丹选育种群(Edo-R种群)和未用任何杀虫剂的对照种群(CK种群)的某些生物学特征进行比较发现:Edo-R种群的幼虫发育历期较CK种群平均延长了2.30d(显著性检验p<0.01)。Edo-R种群和CK种群未成熟期的存活率分别为36.67%和54.17%(显著性检验p<0.01)。其它的一些生物学指标则不存在显著差异。Edo-R种群相对于CK种群具有0.64的适合度。
The resistance to fenvalerate in H. armigera was not significantly enhanced by using endosulfan insecticide for 17 generations of Xiajin resistant bollworm, but the resistance to endosulfan was increased by 5.87-fold. Comparisons of some of the biological characteristics of the endosulfan breeding population (Edo-R population) and the control population (CK population) without any insecticide found that the larval developmental duration of the Edo-R population was longer than that of the CK population 2.30d (significance test p <0.01). The immature survival rates of Edo-R and CK populations were 36.67% and 54.17%, respectively (significance test p <0.01). Other biological indicators are not significantly different. The Edo-R population has a fitness of 0.64 relative to the CK population.
