本文用有限单元法对受内水压作用的月牙肋钢岔管(明管和埋管状态)进行整体应力分析。 为研究围岩和混凝土对岔管应力的影响,应力分析的重点放在既考虑围岩弹性抗力,又考虑岔管和回填混凝土之间存在缝隙的埋藏式岔管上。 埋管计算按文中提出的分级加载和一次加载2种方法进行。围岩和混凝土按文克勒地基处理。2种方法计算结果:应力分布规律一致;最大主应力相差约10%。对几种不同围岩还用一次加载法进行了计算。 本文对今后进一步研究埋藏式月牙肋岔管提供了有意义的依据。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the overall stress of the crescent rib steel pipe (the state of the open pipe and buried pipe) affected by the internal water pressure. In order to study the influence of surrounding rock and concrete on the stress of the stern tube, the stress analysis focuses on the buried stern tube that considers both the elastic resistance of the surrounding rock and the gap between the stern tube and backfill concrete. The calculation of the buried pipe is carried out according to the two methods of classification loading and one-time loading. Surrounding rocks and concrete are treated on the Winkler foundation. The calculation results of the two methods are as follows: the stress distribution law is the same; the maximum principal stress differs by about 10%. Several different surrounding rocks were also calculated using a one-time loading method. This article provides a meaningful basis for further study of buried crescent ribs.
