编制施工进度计划可以有效地控制和节约项目时间,如何在保证进度的前提下保质保量的完成工程项目成为关键。应用PKPM软件,探讨了某湖滨区园林工程施工中的进度安排和控制措施,为进一步提高工程项目进度管理提供了一定的参考依据。
The preparation of the construction schedule can effectively control and save the project time, and how to ensure the quality of the completed project under the precondition of ensuring the progress becomes the key. The application of PKPM software has discussed the schedule and control measures in the construction of garden project in a lakeside district and provided some references for further improving the schedule management of the project.
