水轮发电机是水电站的发电设备,是为发电站创造良好效益的关键。在水轮发电机组中,调速系统的正常与否,决定着整个机组运行的正常与否。因此,我们必须重视水轮机调速系统的故障分析,并采取必要的措施,进而保证水电站安全、稳定、经济地运行。当今,由于微机型调速器具有调节灵敏度高、实现功能灵活方便、维护容易、可靠性高、可实现自动化等优点,我国大中型水电站已普遍选用微机调速器。本文从微机型调速系统入手,主要针对水轮发电机组中调速系统故障进行分析,并提出了相应的处理措施。
Hydrogenerators are hydropower generating equipment and are the key to creating good benefits for power plants. In the hydro-generator set, the speed regulation system is normal or not, determines the normal operation of the entire unit or not. Therefore, we must attach great importance to fault analysis of turbine governing system and take the necessary measures to ensure the safe, stable and economical operation of hydropower stations. Nowadays, due to the advantages of high sensitivity, flexible and convenient functions, easy maintenance, high reliability and automation, the microcomputer-based governor has been widely used in large and medium hydropower stations. In this paper, starting from the microcomputer-based speed control system, mainly for fault analysis of speed governing system in hydro-generator units, and put forward the corresponding measures.
