对17CrNiMo6钢的热处理工工艺及高温下长时间保温后的组织性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,17CrNiMo6钢经过等温正火后可以使组织均匀,硬度下降至200~230 HB。在980℃保温24 h后820℃淬火、200℃回火,冲击功可达到70 J。在1 050℃保温24 h后组织仍保持细晶组织,无长大倾向,可以通过适当提高渗碳温度来提高渗碳效率。
The heat treatment process of 17CrNiMo6 steel and its microstructure and properties after long time heat preservation under high temperature were studied. The results show that 17CrNiMo6 steel after isothermal normalizing can make the organization uniform, the hardness dropped to 200 ~ 230 HB. After quenching at 980 ℃ for 24 h, it was quenched at 820 ℃ and tempered at 200 ℃. The impact energy reached 70 J. The microstructure was maintained at 1 050 ℃ for 24 h, the microstructure was not grown, and the carburization efficiency could be improved by raising the carburizing temperature appropriately.
