依据《中华人民共和国内河交通安全管理条例》有关规定,从五个方面对海事部门如何加强乡镇船舶安全管理工作做了探讨,以达到齐抓共管,措施得力,搞好乡镇船舶安全管理,保障乡镇船舶航行、停泊和作业安全的目的。
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Inland Traffic Safety Management”, the paper discusses how the maritime sector can enhance the safety management of townships and ships in five aspects so as to make concerted efforts and effective measures to improve the safety management of township vessels and ensure the township Ship sailing, mooring and operational safety purposes.
