本文针对柴油机中常用的推杆——顶置气门配气机构,建立了相应的有限元动力分析模型。利用第二类拉格朗日方程,导出了配气机构有限元分析方程,并根据配气机构特点,对此动力分析方程作了简化处理。采用Houbolt 逐步积分法求解该简化动力分析方程,编制了相应的动力分析程序。利用此程序,计算了6100B_3Q 柴油机气门加速度运动规律,并在该柴油机试验台架上实测了气门加速度,所得计算结果与实测结果基本一致。文中还分析了三种转速下6100B_3Q 柴油机配气机构运行情况,动力分析结果与实际运行情况相符。
In this paper, for the diesel engine putt - overhead valve valve body, the corresponding finite element dynamic analysis model was established. Based on the Lagrange equation of the second kind, the finite element analysis equations of the valve train are deduced. According to the characteristics of the valve train, the dynamic analysis equation is simplified. Houbolt step by step integration method to solve the simplified dynamic analysis equation, the preparation of the corresponding power analysis program. Using this program, the motion of 6100B_3Q diesel engine valve acceleration was calculated, and the valve acceleration was measured on the diesel engine test bench. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured results. The paper also analyzes the operating conditions of 6100B_3Q diesel engine valve train at three rotational speeds, and the dynamic analysis results are consistent with the actual operation.
