技术接受模型(TAM)已得到很多国内外学者的关注。基于其理论基础与研究成果,并结合移动图书馆的特点,引入社会影响、感知成本以及个体创新三个外部变量,本文试图研究学生和工作人员这两个群体在对待移动图书馆这种新技术方面存在的差异。研究结果支持了TAM模型中两个核心变量(感知易用性和感知有用性)对使用移动图书馆行为意向的影响,同时发现感知成本和个体创新对其行为意向也产生一定的影响。
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been the concern of many domestic and foreign scholars. Based on its theoretical foundation and research results, combined with the characteristics of mobile libraries, this paper introduces three external variables: social impact, perceived cost and individual innovation. This paper tries to study how the two groups, students and staff, treat mobile library as a new technology There are differences. The findings support the impact of two core variables (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) on the behavioral intentions of mobile libraries in the TAM model and found that perceived costs and individual innovations also have an impact on their behavioral intentions.
