当今,目标管理已经被越来越多的企业所采用。我矿自2007年以来,全面推行目标管理,在运行中日趋健全和完善,基本形成了日常化、制度化,但是仍然存在着问题和不足。为保障目标管理考核在提高我矿管理水平和经济效益中发挥更大作用,本文对矿目标管理运行中出现的一些问题,提出针对性意见和建议,以期达到提供借鉴并不断改进的目的。
Nowadays, goal management has been adopted by more and more enterprises. Since 2007, mine has fully implemented the target management and has become more and more perfect in operation. It has basically formed its daily and institutionalization. However, there are still problems and shortcomings. In order to ensure that the target management assessment plays a greater role in improving mine management and economic benefits, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on some problems that occur in the management and operation of mine targets in order to achieve the purpose of providing reference and continuous improvement.
