导乐联合乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪服务模式对产妇产时焦虑及分娩质量的影响研究

目的 观察导乐联合乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪服务模式对产妇产时焦虑及分娩质量的影响.方法 100例入院待产初产妇,随机分为实验组与对照组,各50例.对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组采用导乐联合乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪服务模式.比较两组产妇心理焦虑情况、镇痛效果、总产程时间、产后出血量、阴道顺产率、新生儿窒息情况.结果 实验组产妇的焦虑评分为(42.54±1.36)分,低于对照组产妇的(58.93±1.52)分;实验组产妇的疼痛评分为(2.64±0.15)分,低于对照组产妇的(6.28±0.57)分;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组总产程时间为(4.97±1.61)h,短于对照组的(8.65±2.22)h;实验组产后出血量为(104.85±30.26)ml,少于对照组的(152.47±41.69)ml;实验组阴道顺产率为98.00%,高于对照的80.00%;差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 将导乐联合乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪服务模式应用到产妇生产中,能够有效缓解产妇的焦虑和疼痛情况,提升产妇的分娩质量,在临床中具有突出性的效果.
