海上钢结构阴极保护系统是用于海上钢结构物的外加电流阴极保护和牺牲阳极阴极保护系统的统称,其作用在于防止或延缓海上钢结构物的腐蚀,保证它们在服役期间的安全。设计阴极保护系统的关键技术是确定合理的保护参数;选择适用的阳极材料和仪器;进行保护电流和阳极参数的计算;确定阳极的合理分布;设计牢靠可行的阳极和电缆的安装方案等。
Marine steel cathodic protection system is used for offshore steel structures plus current cathodic protection and sacrificial anode cathodic protection system collectively, its role is to prevent or delay the corrosion of steel structures at sea, to ensure their safety during service. The key techniques for designing cathodic protection systems are to determine reasonable protection parameters, to select suitable anode materials and instrumentation, to calculate protection current and anode parameters, to determine the proper distribution of anodes, to design robust and viable anodes and cable installations, and the like.
