对1983—1986年2,260米地区162例肺动脉压测定作了分析。正常人34例,心血管疾病患者128例。正常组的肺动脉平均压为14.4±2.5mmHg,肺心病组20.7±14.8,先心病组25.0±13.5,心肌病组22.5±5.9,风心病组21.9±7.5,高心病组17.6±8.5,冠心病组16.5±6.3mmHg。正常组2例有轻度肺动脉高压,高心病组2例有轻度1例有中度肺动脉高压。肺动脉高压的发生率较文献报告的为低。
Analysis of 162 cases of pulmonary arterial pressure in 2,260 meters from 1983 to 1986 was analyzed. 34 cases of normal, 128 cases of cardiovascular disease. The average pulmonary artery pressure in the normal group was 14.4 ± 2.5 mmHg, pulmonary heart disease group 20.7 ± 14.8, congenital heart disease group 25.0 ± 13.5, cardiomyopathy group 22.5 ± 5.9, rheumatic heart disease group 21.9 ± 7.5, high heart disease group 17.6 ± 8.5, coronary heart disease group 16.5 ± 6.3 mmHg. 2 cases of normal group had mild pulmonary hypertension, 2 cases of high cardiac disease group was mild in 1 case of moderate pulmonary hypertension. The incidence of pulmonary hypertension was lower than reported in the literature.
