采用颅颌面联合切除术治疗侵犯颅内的晚期颌面部恶性肿瘤5例，均获成功。其中2例术后发生脑脊液漏，1例涎漏。出院时5例患者均无肢体运动和语言障碍。随访2～5年，3例健在，2例因肿瘤复发在2年内死亡。作者认为在一定的范围内切除瘤体和脑实质是可行的，切除后缺损可行颞肌筋膜瓣填塞修复，不仅效果好，而且简便易行 Craniomaxillofacial combined resection of intracranial advanced intraoperative and maxillofacial malignant tumors in 5 cases, were successful.
