利用计算流体动力学软件对超细气流分级机转子内部的流场分布规律进行了全面的数值仿真研究。研究结果发现,转子叶片的角度、宽度及个数等转子系统结构参数的变化均对超细气流分级机的分级性能有着重大的影响。本研究将为分级机转子结构的优化设计提供强有力的理论依据。
The computational fluid dynamics software was used to conduct a full numerical simulation of the flow field distribution inside the rotor of the ultrafine air classifier. The results show that the change of rotor system structural parameters, such as the angle, width and number of rotor blades, have a great influence on the grading performance of the ultrafine airflow classifier. This study will provide a strong theoretical basis for the optimal design of the rotor of the grader.
