10℃低温下玉米组织SOD活性下降。生长中期玉米SOD对低温的敏感性高于后期,生殖器官SOD比营养器官SOD对低温敏感。生长中后期喷施磷和钾、锌和锰能增强玉米叶片和雌穗SOD活性,从而提高植株耐冷性和产量。
Maize SOD activity decreased at 10 ℃. The sensitivity of mid-growth stage maize SOD to hypothermia was higher than that of late stage, and genital SOD was more sensitive than SOD, a vegetative organ. Phosphorus and potassium, zinc and manganese were sprayed in the middle and late growing stage to increase SOD activity in maize leaves and ear, thereby improving plant cold tolerance and yield.
