以猫儿屎的幼嫩种子作为外植体,研究不同植物生长调节剂对猫儿屎不定芽诱导和增殖影响,建立猫儿屎不定芽增殖及植株再生的高频再生体系。结果表明:幼嫩种子在MS+0.1 mg/L KT+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D培养基中愈伤组织诱导率最高,可达92%;不定芽的分化增殖的最适培养基为1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L6-BA,繁殖系数可达14.49~19.32;不定芽生根诱导的最适培养基为1/2 MS+0.6 mg/L NAA,生根率可达79.83%,根系和小植株长势良好;完整小植株经炼苗后移栽到混合基质(腐植质:细河沙=1:1)中,成活率可达90%。
The cat seed excretion of young seedlings as explants to study the different plant growth regulators adventitious buds of cat litter induced and proliferation of adventitious buds of cat litter build and high-frequency regeneration system. The results showed that the callus induction rate of young seed was the highest in MS + 0.1 mg / L KT + 2.0 mg / L 2,4-D medium, up to 92%. The optimum culture medium for adventitious bud differentiation was 1/2 MS + 0.5 mg / L NAA + 3.0 mg / L 6-BA, and the multiplication coefficient was 14.49 ~ 19.32. The best rooting medium for adventitious buds induction was 1/2 MS + 0.6 mg / L NAA. Up to 79.83%. The root system and plantlet grew well. The intact plantlet was transplanted to the mixed matrix (humus: fine river sand = 1: 1) after being harvested and the survival rate could reach 90%.
