凡具生活力的种子的萌发,均需要适量的水分。在其萌发过程中,种子的需水量和吸水速度因作物的种类和品种不同而异。许多学者曾先后对此一问题进行过研究,但大都只侧重于种子萌发的最低需水量,而且种子吸水速度迄今尚少详细报道。本试验旨在探索不同作物种子萌发的最适宜需水量和吸水速度,为一播全苗提供依据。 一、材料与方法 (一)材料:棉花(鄂光棉、天棉1号、101优6)、小麦、水稻、玉米、大豆、绿豆、花生等作物种子。
Where the germination of viable seeds require proper amount of water. In its germination process, the seed water demand and water absorption speed varies with crop type and variety. Many scholars have studied this issue one after another, but most of them focus only on the minimum water requirement for seed germination, and the rate of water absorption by the seed is still not reported in detail so far. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the optimum water requirement and water absorption rate of different crops’ germination, and provide the basis for the whole seedling sowing. Materials and Methods (I) Materials: Cotton (E Guangmian, Tianmian 1, 101 excellent 6), wheat, rice, corn, soybean, mung bean, peanut and other crop seeds.
